Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow a high-performing infrastructure team across Bengaluru and other tech hubs, owning day-to-day operations, planning, and hiring.
•Introduce and refine operational processes to improve incident response, change management, and predictable delivery for mission-critical infrastructure.
•Drive globally optimized technical decisions with a focus on automation and evolving container orchestration, traffic management, and tooling.
•Scale for massive growth by guiding platform modernization, multi-region resilience, and architectural evolution while managing bare-metal infrastructure and data center dependencies.
•Ensure reliability, security, and observability are embedded in infrastructure usage with a gold-standard deployment path for engineers.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in engineering, with 3+ years in leadership roles
•Deep understanding of container orchestration (Kubernetes), traffic management (load balancers, DNS), and on-prem/bare-metal operations
•Hands-on when needed: comfortable in technical discussions to guide the team and diagnose issues across infrastructure and development teams
•Nice to have: experience in FinTech or regulated industries with emphasis on reliability and security; familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, and automation for provisioning and lifecycle management
•Experience leading platform/infrastructure or SRE teams and driving operational excellence
