Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of all non-production materials (MRO) and services while complying with legal and corporate requirements.
  • •Control purchasing order processing tasks including MRO consignment, shipments, RFQs, and PO creation.
  • •Monitor supplier release dates against required delivery dates and review/approve vendor selections for pricing and product availability.
  • •Support suppliers to achieve 100% delivery performance and maintain productive supplier and plant counterpart relationships (including phone contact and plant visits when appropriate).
  • •Conduct cost-savings analysis, implement agreed savings, recommend buy quantity changes, and participate in cost-control initiatives while supporting safety and ethics/values.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing.
  • •Conversational advanced English capability (speaking, reading, and writing required).
  • •Strong cost analysis, negotiation, communication skills, and purchasing coordination.
