Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome customers and provide personalized beauty product recommendations across fragrance, skincare, makeup, and related categories.
  • •Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store targets via effective selling, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • •Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
  • •Maintain strong product knowledge, including brands, new launches, promotions, and beauty trends, and deliver consistent customer service.
  • •Support store operations: display/replenish/price products per standards, monitor stock availability, assist with opening/closing and cash handling where applicable, and support store managers with commercial KPIs.
