Job Summary

Support process improvement and documentation initiatives by gathering process information from business stakeholders through interviews and workshops. Learn to document and visualize processes using BPMN 2.0 and help maintain process maps, SOPs, and related documentation (including version control). Coordinate process review sessions, capture feedback, and assist in integrating refinements. Track process performance metrics and support basic analysis to identify improvement opportunities alongside senior analysts and process improvement experts.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct interviews and workshops with business stakeholders to gather process information and requirements.
•Document and visualize business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation under guidance.
•Prepare and maintain process maps, SOPs, and related documentation using tools such as Microsoft Visio.
•Coordinate process review sessions, capture feedback, and help integrate refinements.
•Track process performance metrics, assist in basic analysis for improvement opportunities, and maintain version-controlled documentation.

Key Requirements

•1–2 years of experience in a supporting role within Quality, Operations, Process Documentation, or similar areas, preferably in ITES or BPM industry.
•Familiarity (through education or practical exposure) with business process documentation and mapping.
•Some experience (academic or practical) using tools such as Microsoft Visio or other process mapping/BPM software.
•Basic understanding of BPMN 2.0 notation and willingness to learn and develop further.
•Lean Six Sigma White Belt and strong organizational, planning, and communication skills, with teamwork ability.
