Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the development and execution of Ally’s funding and capital markets strategy across ABS and securitization programs.
  • •Monitor capital markets trends, investor sentiment, peer activity, pricing dynamics, and rating agency developments to guide funding and liquidity decisions.
  • •Partner with investment banks, traders, legal counsel, auditors, trustees, investors, and rating agencies to support transaction execution and relationships.
  • •Lead and support collateral pool analysis, ABS modeling, and related reporting for financing decisions and portfolio oversight.
  • •Prepare regulatory reports and management reporting; develop market commentary and presentation materials while improving processes through automation.

Key Requirements
