Own the full training lifecycle from planning and content creation to monthly delivery, engagement, and performance measurement within a fast-paced, multinational environment, leveraging AI-driven approaches and behavioural science to drive secure behaviours at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain the annual security awareness and behaviour change roadmap, aligning monthly themes with organisational risks, evolving threat landscape, and regulatory requirements.
•Design high-quality training content (videos, modules, microlearning, quizzes, infographics, behavioural nudges) and craft human-centred messaging for campaigns and monthly spotlights.
•Build, configure, and publish monthly training modules in the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is accessible across regions and brands.
•Deliver targeted awareness campaigns and behavioural nudges via email, intranet, and internal communications channels.
•Track training completion, engagement, and behavioural outcomes; produce monthly/quarterly reporting for security leadership; benchmark programme effectiveness.

Key Requirements

•Experience in security awareness, internal communications, learning design, or behavioural training.
•Strong ability to simplify complex cyber security concepts into clear, actionable messaging.
•Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills.
