Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Scrum Master activities by implementing and ensuring agile processes across teams, moderating stakeholder communication, coordinating teams, and enforcing agile methods within team structures.
  • •Conduct functional testing for new features, systematically record and document defects in tracking systems, and create test protocols and bug reports.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and monitor go-live activities to ensure a successful transition to production, including managing go-live communications and measures.
  • •Optimize processes by analyzing and improving business processes, focusing on defect management, go-live orchestration, and identifying further improvement opportunities.
  • •Support delivery within the SAP Store / digital commerce environment as part of the Deal Execution organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business informatics, information technology, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • •Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to structure complex projects and maintain detailed documentation and schedules.
  • •Excellent conceptual and analytical thinking to analyze problems, identify causes, and develop solution approaches.
  • •Knowledge of agile methods and good understanding of the Scrum framework and how to implement agile processes.
  • •Very good written and spoken English; work onsite in Berlin is required.
