Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and mentor onboarding operations specialists, creating an inclusive, high-performing environment.
  • •Own team performance, delivery quality, and achievement against operational targets and service standards.
  • •Manage people leadership activities including feedback, performance reviews, difficult conversations, and conflict resolution.
  • •Serve as an escalation point for complex onboarding and operational challenges; coordinate cross-functional ownership and escalate as needed.
  • •Use data to track performance and continuously implement improvements, including simplifying/standardizing/automating workflows and leading adoption of approved AI/automation tools with training, controls, and human oversight.

Key Requirements
