Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead projects in Employee Central Payroll/SAP Payroll for a business in constant growth.
  • •Run projects independently with internal clients and stakeholders, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • •Manage the SAP Payroll team (internal and external consultants), including vendor and external team coordination.
  • •Handle annual budgeting and monthly monitoring, managing purchase orders, invoice receipt, and payment follow-up.
  • •Identify improvements in SAP payroll, People systems and processes, and create a roadmap for process automation projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed higher education in Technology, Human Resources, or related fields, and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.
  • •Solid experience leading teams and delivering SAP Employee Central Payroll/SAP Payroll projects (including SAP Payroll Brazil).
  • •Knowledge of HR processes and sub-processes such as Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Administration, and Payroll.
  • •Experience configuring SAP HCM (companies, branches, SAP Brazil payroll; rules/schemes; SAP Notes; support package updates; troubleshooting; and eSocial configuration/maintenance is desirable).
  • •Experience in process automation projects, creating functional specifications, and integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ECP using Point-To-Point, SAP ECC Business Integration Builder, and other systems/web services.
