Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex onboarding and implementation packages from kickoff through handover via structured enablement workshops
  • •Serve as the main technical point of contact during implementation, troubleshooting issues, investigating bugs, and raising product feedback
  • •Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain
  • •Advise on data modeling, data ingestion automation, ownership, reporting, and orchestration approaches
  • •Create customer-facing learning guides and best-practice documentation and plan/facilitate enablement workshops for different audiences

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Technical Consulting, Solutions Architecture, or Platform Engineering with customer exposure
  • •Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines
  • •Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems including CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, cloud providers, observability, and incident management
