•Scale a customer reference program that turns power users and AI adopters into advocates, including reference calls and case study development.
•Personally interview customers to create ROI-driven case studies, video scripts, and user testimonials highlighting LOIS and the core platform.
•Collaborate with events, webinar, and product teams to promote launches and drive upsell opportunities within GTM.
•Design and execute customer adoption engagement campaigns (newsletters, user groups, webinars) to increase adoption, feature utilization, and LTV.
•Develop customer-facing collateral, adoption toolkits, and release communications that simplify complex legal-tech workflows.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of customer marketing, advocacy, or lifecycle marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with legal-tech or AI-tech experience as a plus.
•Ability to listen to customer calls, understand user friction points, and find human-interest angles behind data-driven workflows.
•Strong writing background with experience drafting case studies, customer newsletters, and promotional content.
•Ability to coordinate project workflows across Customer Success, Account Management, and traditional Marketing teams.
•Experience managing customer programs (e.g., advisory boards, surprise & delight, or industry events) and executing multi-stage email campaigns in HubSpot or similar platforms.
