Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, negotiate, draft, and interpret commercial contracts across multiple business sectors.
  • •Support project teams with contract advice and risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Participate in internal and external meetings with business stakeholders and clients.
  • •Review public and private RFPs and support preparation of service offers.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal authorization matrices, corporate policies, and governance while continuously improving contract templates and clauses.

Key Requirements

  • •Background drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • •Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for engineers, scientists, and business leaders.
  • •Strong understanding of business fundamentals and risk management.
  • •Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and AI-driven tools.
  • •Bilingual (French and English).
