Job Summary

Lead road construction projects end-to-end by managing project risks, reviewing and approving technical designs, and supervising on-site execution to ensure quality and safety compliance. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to complete delivery requirements, oversee testing and inspections, and manage traffic diversion approvals. Drive value engineering, analyze monthly schedule deviations, track defects during the DNP period, and report project performance using OPMS while guiding engineers and supporting maintenance after completion.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and apply comprehensive project risk management processes, including mitigation planning and maintaining risk records.
•Assess operational readiness of major projects and provide guidance to improve overall project performance.
•Review and approve designs and drawings, coordinate technical modifications with contractors, and conduct regular site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
•Oversee construction-phase inspections, testing, and quality control; review and approve traffic diversion transformations based on approved safety procedures.
•Monitor monthly progress vs. the baseline schedule, analyze deviations and delay causes, recommend corrective actions, and supervise value engineering and defect follow-up during DNP.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
•At least 10 years of experience in road construction / expressways and project management.
•Ability to apply comprehensive project risk management, including risk identification, qualitative analysis, mitigation planning, and maintaining risk registers.
•Experience reviewing and approving project designs and supervising on-site execution to ensure quality, safety compliance, and alignment with project specifications.
•Proven ability to run field inspection programs, oversee testing and quality control activities, and manage traffic diversion approvals during construction.
