Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead global teams (technical, non-technical, and consultants) to execute cybersecurity projects and programs.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to define expected project benefits and ensure delivery through completion.
  • •Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; manage schedules, sequencing, and escalations.
  • •Develop and execute project communication plans and create project charters; produce accurate status reports and maintain project deliverables.
  • •Oversee scope alignment, change control, financial management (budgets, monthly forecasts, variance), and resource/staffing needs while evolving project governance processes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years overall experience including at least 5 years leading and managing high-visibility technology projects in financial services.
  • •Cybersecurity project management experience across Identity & Access Management, Data Protection, Security Operations, or Attack Surface Management.
  • •Experience working in a matrixed organization to drive delivery across multiple disciplines.
  • •Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problems, communicate clearly to varying audiences, and demonstrate initiative.
  • •Experience managing project budgets between $250K to $3M; familiarity with software delivery lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall) and project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Clarity PPM).
