Project Controls Lead - Data Center Construction

Lead project cost management and risk identification for a large multi-project data center construction portfolio across the US. Provide preconstruction support, manage budgets and forecasts, and oversee vendor invoice and accrual reporting for multiple New Builds, Retrofits, and Leased projects. Partner with vendor management and site project teams to review financial health monthly, align financial forecasts with schedule updates, and manage a small team.
