Lead Technical Recruiter (Global) drives end-to-end recruitment across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Infrastructure, and other technical functions worldwide. You will mentor junior recruiters, partner with senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, build strong pipelines, and implement best-in-class sourcing and recruiting processes to scale BJAK’s technical teams globally.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions across Engineering, Product, Data, AI, Machine Learning, Infrastructure, DevOps, Cybersecurity, QA, and related functions.
•Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring requirements, interview strategies, talent profiles, and workforce planning priorities.
•Act as a trusted talent advisor by providing market intelligence, talent mapping, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations.
•Drive recruitment outcomes for complex, senior, niche, and business-critical technical positions globally.
•Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top passive talent across competitive international markets.

•5-8 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with significant exposure to technical hiring.
