Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for renewal discussions and policy administration.
•Drive client penetration and new business with existing and potential customers by introducing insurance products, services, and lines of business.
•Coordinate with clients on issuance, renewals, collections, and terminations of policies, and manage claims-related activities as needed.
•Negotiate with adjusters and insurers to maximize client outcomes and ensure service excellence.
•Provide updates to management on client requests, changes, and performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Strong client relationship management and advisory skills in risk management or insurance
•Experience driving renewals and cross-selling initiatives with clients
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills with carriers and clients
•Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver policy solutions and service levels
•Proactive prospecting and new business development with current and potential customers
