•Drive operational cadence, forecasting, pipeline management, and business insights programs for Global Partner Ecosystem Org.
•Collaborate with channel sales leadership to drive strategic initiatives in alignment with global GTM and corporate strategy, setting, managing, and reporting relevant OKRs and KPIs.
•Lead and coordinate EMEA channel sales GTM planning, including quota, territory, and headcount management, aligned with global initiatives.
•Support alignment and partnership with the Senior Director of Sales Operations, driving global sales operations programs.
•Provide data-driven insights to Sales Leadership and identify and manage operational and system/CRM productivity improvements to drive efficiency and capacity.

•Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain.

•2+ years of leadership experience.
•Strong understanding and experience in GTM strategies and annual fiscal planning.
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
