Lead and coach a team of Strategic Solutions Engineers to drive complex sales cycles within the Strategic West segment, shaping technical discovery, demos, POCs, and technical validation. Partner with Product/Engineering to improve the platform and influence roadmap, while supporting key strategic deals with hands-on technical leadership for $1M+ opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Coach SEs on deal strategy, technical execution, and best practices through weekly 1:1s and team meetings
•Develop individualized plans and lead targeted training to improve SE effectiveness and coverage
•Align with Strategic Sales Leaders to drive segment strategy and optimize pipeline coverage
•Lead weekly SE pipeline reviews to ensure qualification, surface blockers, and share metrics with leadership
•Oversee SE capacity, cross-regional support, and recruiting/onboarding with structured 30-60-90 day plans

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 225,000 - 245,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales, with 3+ years in a leadership capacity
•Understanding of AI Agent applications, with hands-on experience integrating AI into customer workflows
•Deep expertise in Contact Center technologies, including Conversational AI, CCaaS platforms, and telephony infrastructure
•Strong working knowledge of strategic platforms including Salesforce, Google, Amazon, and contact center infrastructure
•Experience in building mentoring frameworks that foster technical excellence, soft skill growth, and leadership readiness within the SE organization
