Job Summary

Manage day-to-day retirement plan service tasks by preparing daily trade file transactions to meet processing cutoffs and performing participant statement, contribution, distribution, and reconciliation support. Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients and internal peers, ensuring service delivery is handled professionally. Support research and analysis while keeping plan activity compliant with plan documents and applicable regulations, and perform additional assigned duties.

•Prepare daily transactions for trade file processing to meet daily cutoff times.
•Communicate proactively with clients and peers regarding service delivery and client transactions.
•Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
•Provide administrative support for participant statements, contributions, distributions, reconciliations, and related research/analysis.
•Ensure plan activity complies with plan documents and applicable regulations; perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or mathematics (or equivalent background and experience).
•Detail-oriented with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
•Strong oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to work effectively in a team environment and willingness to learn and grow.
