Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technician ground support equipment (GSE) support by building, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment such as pumps, tanks, valves, and plumbing for LOX/fuel pads and site facilities.
  • •Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and instrumentation as needed, including operating and maintaining hardware and high-pressure systems.
  • •Fabricate and repair GSE, hardware, and equipment, and ensure materials are clean and inspected per Clean for Oxygen Service Standards.
  • •Collaborate with design engineers to develop and document GSE activities and streamline processes to improve testing reliability.
  • •Follow SpaceX and regulatory procedures and participate in related duties supporting vehicle, launch pad, and development programs.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of professional hands-on experience with pressurized, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems.
  • •Mechanical aptitude with experience using machines and general tooling.
  • •Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical schematics and piping/instrumentation diagrams.
  • •Ability to pass Air Force background check for Cape Canaveral.
