Reliability Engineer HME Load & Haul

Advise on HME (heavy mobile equipment) reliability and improvement programs to ensure safe operations and effective maintenance of allocated assets. Build and maintain reliability models, run RAMS analyses, develop asset tactics in SAP, and manage lifecycle cost and critical asset replacement plans. Support operational readiness, shutdown strategy, spare preservation/quality, configuration and engineering changes, asset health and integrity (HME), and drive RCA defect elimination with mentoring and communities of practice.
