Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform a large diversity of NDT inspections (ET, UT, PT) across A220 and A320 programs.
  • •Interpret, evaluate, communicate, and report inspection findings to production and engineering teams.
  • •Interpret and review engineering drawings as required and prepare inspection reports, mappings, and documents.
  • •Ensure strict alignment to safety laws and all processes are followed.
  • •Support training and development of others and contribute to Quality Gates and shift KPI improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates' degree in Aviation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Non-Destructive Evaluation Level II certification meeting NAS410 / EN4179 requirements in at least one of ET, PT, or UT.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience setting up and conducting tests on parts and materials.
  • •Experience performing NDT testing within the aerospace industry, including inspecting advanced materials (e.g., aluminum alloys, hardened steels, Inconel, titanium, composites).
  • •Experience utilizing testing equipment including maintenance and calibration, and basic computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Suite).
