Key Responsibilities

•Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring high standards of presentation, service, and financial performance.
•Develop and implement strategic revenue plans for the business.
•Manage and mentor department heads including F&B, Housekeeping and Front Office.
•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including Body Corporate, Strata Managers, and local business partners.
•Ensure full compliance with WHS, licensing, and caretaking obligations.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a hotel or serviced apartments environment.
