Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the verification team to ensure high-quality delivery for both backend and frontend of AIR SaaS Platform.
  • •Implement, improve, and automate verification strategies for cloud and on-prem deployments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • •Integrate the verification pipeline into CI/CD with DevOps, using Python and frontend testing expertise to refine methodologies and tools.
  • •Analyze customer-reported issues, identify test gaps, and ensure robust regression coverage.
  • •Support team members’ career development and drive improvements in performance, quality, and stability around software acceleration solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Computer Science/related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing software development teams.
  • •5+ years of overall experience in software development and testing.
  • •Hands-on experience testing Python/Django (including REST APIs) and frontend UI automation using end-to-end testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
  • •Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
