Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the verification team to ensure high-quality delivery for both backend and frontend of AIR SaaS Platform.
•Implement, improve, and automate verification strategies for cloud and on-prem deployments in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
•Integrate the verification pipeline into CI/CD with DevOps, using Python and frontend testing expertise to refine methodologies and tools.
•Analyze customer-reported issues, identify test gaps, and ensure robust regression coverage.
•Support team members’ career development and drive improvements in performance, quality, and stability around software acceleration solutions.

Key Requirements

•B.Sc. degree (or equivalent) in Engineering/Computer Science/related field.
•3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing software development teams.
•5+ years of overall experience in software development and testing.
•Hands-on experience testing Python/Django (including REST APIs) and frontend UI automation using end-to-end testing frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
•Strong understanding of SaaS architectures and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
