Job Summary

Join the Legal Team to support legal agreement creation, editing, and contract management while helping with company-wide legal matters and strategy. Conduct legal research on topics including AI and intellectual property, draft and review legal documents, and maintain trackers for litigation, legislation, and internal contracts. You’ll also prepare internal and external memos, reports, and presentations, providing general administrative support throughout your internship.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist the legal department with creating, editing, and managing legal agreements, documents, and contracts.
•Support company-wide legal matters, documents, and legal strategy.
•Conduct legal research on topics including artificial intelligence and intellectual property.
•Draft and review legal documents and help prepare legal presentations, memos, articles, and reports for internal and external use.
•Maintain and update trackers for ongoing litigation, pending legislation, and internal contracts, and provide general administrative support to the legal department.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and currently pursuing a Juris Doctorate (enrolled in an accredited law school in good academic standing; open to 1Ls, 2Ls, and 3Ls).
•Research, writing, and analytical skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
•Proficiency with Google Drive.
