Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain the North America retail project portfolio schedule across new stores, remodels, relocations, temporary stores, and closures.
  • •Establish schedule governance and milestone standards, and create integrated project plans from BD kickoff through store opening.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional execution across feasibility, design, bidding, surveys, permitting, construction, visual merchandising, and operational readiness.
  • •Manage third-party survey and permitting partners, including scheduling, completion tracking, approvals, and escalation of delays.
  • •Develop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting; track schedule performance, risks, delay trends, and portfolio health updates to leadership.
