•Ensure all work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets high-quality standards, delivering a customer-driven service that meets expectations for accuracy, timeliness and professionalism.
•Understand and deliver excellent customer service; process customer instructions accurately to achieve quality standards and targets.
•Proactively suggest and design improvements in process workflows; identify and escalate common errors/irregular transactions timely.
•Understand and comply with Group policies and procedures contained in the Group Standards Manual and other manuals.
•Be aware of the Operational Risk associated with the role and ensure actions consider risk likelihood and impact.

Key Requirements

•Graduation in Commerce, Finance or equivalent
•Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
•Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX and Money Market products
•Experience with vendor systems – Refinitiv & Bloomberg data feed
•Ability to work flexible hours (night/rotation shifts)
