Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop the Builders Experience strategy into written strategy, roadmap, and OKRs with continuously evolving measures of success.
  • •Own the ABX platform across all three modes of agentic development and make each mode repeatable.
  • •Drive adoption and engagement with the Adobe Builders community, acting as an evangelist and chief marketer across the org.
  • •Make high-conviction build-vs-buy decisions for external models and tools, staying current on labs, hyperscalers, and open-weights.
  • •Set the operating model and execution cadence with engineering, including a lean PM team and AI pods with real ownership.

Salary: USD 173,800 - 334,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Senior product management leadership with a track record of building strategy and teams from scratch.
  • •Technical credibility with builders; you can read and reason about production code to guide tool-building decisions.
  • •Deep fluency in agentic systems (model evaluation/selection, orchestration frameworks, evaluations, inference cost, MCP and dev-tooling stack).
  • •Strategic clarity under ambiguity: synthesize signal, make high-conviction bets, and adjust course as the landscape shifts.
  • •A technical degree in CS, Math, Engineering, or related, or equivalent experience.
  • •Comfort operating lean with bias to action in a novel AI-pods operating model.
