Serve as the primary point of contact for Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) and municipal clients, building strong, collaborative relationships and translating TDOT priorities into tailored solutions. Monitor transportation trends, identify service expansion opportunities, and resolve escalated issues diplomatically while ensuring compliance with TDOT regulations.

•Act as the primary point of contact between AECOM and TDOT, fostering a strong partnership.
•Develop an in-depth understanding of TDOT transportation objectives, initiatives, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
•Collaborate with internal teams to interpret and execute TDOT requirements and expectations accurately.
•Facilitate regular meetings and communication channels across multiple client levels to review progress and gather feedback.
•Manage delivery by aligning AECOM resources, ensuring compliance with local regulations and contractual obligations, and resolving escalated issues when needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

•BA/BS and 8 years of related experience (or equivalent education/experience).

•Experience as a client account manager/TDOT project manager or similar client-facing role with strong communication, proposal preparation, and stakeholder engagement.
