Represent the brand to maximize in-store sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. Greet customers, understand needs, explain product benefits, and convert window shoppers into buyers while promoting the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Maintain grooming standards and up-to-date product knowledge. Support merchandising by following visual merchandising and stock layout norms, handling POS/billing, cash till operations, inventory recording, and loss prevention procedures.
