Contribute to month/quarter close reconciliations, assist with audits and projects, and continuously improve tax workflows using AI to enhance efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end sales and use tax processes by partnering with the sales team to secure proper tax documentation for complex deals.
•Manage tax calculations in Avalara and ensure global transactions are accurately captured for monthly filing and audit readiness.
•Assist with VAT reporting processes worldwide.
•Manage the unclaimed property process and complete routine business and tax filings with states, counties, and cities.
•Complete month and quarter close account reconciliations and assist with audit requests while improving processes and efficiencies using AI.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).

•Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with ambiguity and change.
