Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead new customer implementation, including project plans and project resource management.
  • •Execute customers’ concept planning, initial onboarding support, and adoption/retention plans.
  • •Manage project progress, issues/risks, resources, and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • •Advise on design and configuration by understanding customer use cases and requirements and applying Box best practices.
  • •Support troubleshooting, large-scale data migrations, and end-to-end solution proposals in coordination with Box and third-party products, partnering with sales/CSM on scope, estimates, and adoption plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
  • •2+ years of consulting experience via IT organizations, or external consulting at a consulting firm or software provider.
  • •Experience with project management, including planning and managing execution plans with customers.
  • •Experience with enterprise-scale deployments.
  • •Fluent Japanese and strong English reading/writing; familiarity with SaaS implementations (enterprise software experience is a plus).
