Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers, assist and advise them based on product knowledge, and thank/invite them back.
  • •Maintain store standards and cleanliness, including fitting room service and timely follow-up with customers.
  • •Handle cash wrap and POS operations, including offering gift cards and capturing customer information in the database.
  • •Assist with day-to-day store operations (opening/closing, store management cover) and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence if required.
  • •Train new staff on POS operations, address POS customer issues, support store meetings/inventories, and meet or exceed weekly sales goals.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of retail sales experience.
  • •Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • •Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) operations and the ability to handle POS systems.
  • •Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and perform some heavy lifting.
  • •High school degree and a friendly, approachable demeanor with an eye for fashion trends.
