Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote food safety, quality, and a safety-first culture through training and development activities within the site
  • •Train, cross-train, or re-train Training Ambassadors, associates, and frontline leaders using classroom, OJT, and PIT practical training
  • •Monitor the training request intake system to help schedule training within the site
  • •Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and recording training completion
  • •Conduct site tours for new associates and frontline leaders and provide continuous feedback to support growth

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.75 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Read and write in English; basic mathematics skills
  • •Experience using the Google Business Suite (or like software)
  • •Proficient basic computer and tablet skills, including email
  • •Scheduling flexibility to support days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • •Training in Powered Industrial Equipment to latest OSHA standards preferred but not required
