Key Responsibilities

  • •Own full financial responsibility for the Swiss principal legal entity, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and financial integrity.
  • •Manage balance sheet activities, reconciliations, and ensure accuracy and completeness of group and statutory financial statements.
  • •Ensure agreed services with financial shared services and external service providers meet quality and performance standards.
  • •Provide guidance and oversight on complex accounting matters including journal entries, provisions, accruals, and period-end closing activities.
  • •Lead and coordinate the commercial legal entity controlling function globally, driving standardization, governance, continuous improvement, and capability development.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in legal entity controlling, accounting, audit, or finance leadership roles in multinational organizations.
  • •Proven leadership experience managing international finance teams and influencing senior stakeholders across complex organizations.
  • •Strong expertise in IFRS, statutory reporting, internal controls, legal entity governance, and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
  • •Experience with principal business models, intercompany environments, and finance transformation initiatives (including carve-outs and integrations).
  • •University degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics (or related) and a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, Swiss CPA, or equivalent) preferred.
