Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead prioritization and execution of customer EHR/EMR integrations and implementation capabilities to deliver interoperability and accelerate onboarding.
  • •Own product roadmaps for patient/provider engagement, integration and analytics, and APIs for new data systems.
  • •Define requirements with solutions and clinical teams; create user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with architects.
  • •Iterate with development teams to turn user stories into product features, guiding and validating each development step.
  • •Drive knowledge transfer to the solutions team for documentation, training, adoption, and support; take on additional technical projects like testing, root cause analysis, and BI asset creation.
