•Manage supply needs by maintaining appropriate budgets and quantities of supplies, testers, and samples; participate in performance assessment and development.
•Serve regularly as Manager on Duty and engage with clients on the sales floor when possible.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 22.2 - 26.1 hourly

Key Requirements

•1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar operations role at a similar volume store (or equivalent internal experience).
•Proven ability to influence peers and provide actionable feedback.
•Strong store operations skills.
•Demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to participate in performance management for the operations team.
