Job Summary

Support Canada Operational & Intermediate (O&I) Level Maintenance Augmentation for the U.S. Government C-17 G3 Sustainment contract as an onsite aircraft mechanic. Assemble, disassemble, repair, and upgrade C-17 systems and components; perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshooting, and component replacement. Validate and verify testing, inspect for airworthiness, and thoroughly document maintenance actions and findings to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Assemble, disassemble, repair, modify, and/or upgrade aircraft systems and components to correct failures or implement changes.
•Support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance including inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of aircraft components.
•Troubleshoot complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to isolate faults and repair defective components.
•Perform validation and verification testing of systems and components to ensure proper operation and airworthiness/flight readiness.
•Document maintenance actions, procedures, test results, and inspection findings to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 95,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of aircraft maintenance experience.
•Knowledge of operations and aircraft maintenance practices.
•Ability to use special tools/equipment and interpret Technical Orders (TOs).
•Must have Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) licensed E rating or military equivalent.
•Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance and legally able to work in Canada.
