Vans: Supervisor - Tanger Outlets at Sevierville

Lead day-to-day store operations and support the store leadership team by delivering exceptional, personalized customer engagement. Coach and develop associates to meet productivity, sales, and profit goals while supervising opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation. Oversee merchandising standards, product replenishment, inventory and loss-prevention practices, and coordinate stockroom/shipment flow. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to build an inclusive, high-performing store culture.
