Retail Territory Manager - Fairfax, VA

Lead retail sales for Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts within your Fairfax territory as a remote employee. Drive quarterly and annual point-of-sale goals through store/district partnerships, in-store activations, and territory-specific sales plans. Use SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to analyze performance metrics, map routing, manage inventory and special buys, and coordinate Pro training and jobsite visits. Manage budgets and collaborate with retail service partners to assess servicing accountability and drive corrective actions.
