Retail Sales Executive

Drive monthly sales targets by maintaining a professional store presence and delivering excellent customer service. Build customer relationships, provide strong product awareness, and perform cross/upselling. Keep the shop clean, ensure proper visual merchandising standards, and assist with merchandise replenishment and stock receipts. Recognize security risks and support loss prevention by following policies around payments, exchanges, and store procedures while handling customer inputs and complaints.
