Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • •Develop and maintain working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
  • •Receive service requests from clients and partners, and communicate to service partners; obtain information from partners and clients to facilitate service changes or transactions
  • •Coordinate resolution of client issues; inform client of steps taken to resolve requests or problems
  • •Oversee development of action plans for client servicing events and ensure execution and follow-up; communicate with clients regularly about account setup/status and document requests

Key Requirements
