Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the underwriting process and all credit approvals for new customers, modifications, renewals, increases, and risk assessments
  • •Oversee analysts and associates’ credit responsibilities, including financial statement spreading/validation of underwriting models
  • •Conduct risk rating assessment, periodic relationship reviews, and direct/manage portfolio reviews
  • •Validate covenant compliance, manage covenant compliance processes, and own post-approval modifications for accurate credit exposure reporting
  • •Partner with Relationship Managers to review and negotiate credit agreements and identify cross-sell opportunities

Key Requirements
