Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead administration of equity compensation programs, including grant issuance, vesting events, award modifications, and plan operations.
  • •Coordinate equity grant cycles (annual grants, ad hoc awards, and corporate actions) and maintain governance controls and operational processes.
  • •Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate processing and reporting of equity transactions and stock compensation expense.
  • •Manage relationships with plan administrators and external service providers, overseeing service delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • •Ensure compliance with securities laws, tax regulations, accounting requirements, insider trading policies, and equity plan provisions while resolving complex participant issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
  • •Knowledge of equity compensation programs, including RSUs, stock options, and performance-based awards.
  • •Experience administering equity compensation through Fidelity Stock Plan Services or similar platforms (preferred).
  • •Advanced Excel skills, including large-scale data analysis and executive-level reporting (preferred).
