Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan customer requirements by managing materials and equipment capacity and monitoring production orders to meet inventory and delivery objectives.
  • •Manage purchase orders for required raw material films/resin, including lead times, ready dates, and internal/external PO log maintenance.
  • •Maintain raw material inventory controls (including FIFO), manage aged/obsolete inventory reporting, and set/monitor min-max inventory levels.
  • •Coordinate transfers of required raw materials among plant operations and work with corporate procurement to secure materials from other plants.
  • •Oversee material schedules and claim management, enter order data in SAP, provide KPI updates, and support WCOM cost-saving/process-improvement teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Ops Management or a related field (or equivalent education and work experience).
  • •3-5 years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment with inventory management experience.
  • •Working knowledge of SAP; SAP/Ariba experience is preferred.
  • •Strong communications skills (oral and written) to interact with Customer Service, Manufacturing, interplant customers, and other planners.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and math/typing skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
