Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and maintain annual franchise renewal pipeline and assist with eligibility assessments and non-renewal determinations.
  • •Coordinate franchise renewal/extension processes, including compliance checks and documentation preparation.
  • •Support resolution of franchisee default and termination matters by drafting warning/default letters under supervision.
  • •Assist due diligence and transactional document analysis for franchise transfers and ownership changes, and coordinate legal documentation execution under supervision.
  • •Track and report project status, maintain documentation/records, and drive process improvements to streamline legal workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,500 - 80,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year university; Legal studies, Paralegal studies, or related field preferred; Paralegal certificate preferred.
  • •2+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s.
  • •Franchise law experience preferred.
  • •Previous paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
  • •Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and collaborate across stakeholders.
