Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. Set the tone on the sales floor, drive omni-channel and virtual selling, and lead clienteling through client books, outreach, and loyalty programs. Recruit, onboard, and develop associates while coaching to KPI targets. Ensure brand/visual standards, oversee cash handling and security, manage schedules and payroll budgets, and support inventory accuracy and live stream shopping.
