Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform weekly/quarterly standard cost rollup functions.
  • •Complete corporate month-end close tasks and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • •Compile weekly and monthly operations finance reports for distribution.
  • •Manage Bill of Material audits and maintain BOM/Routing information for new and current products.
  • •Reconcile GR/IR clearings and manage daily Co-Pack invoice process, including account mapping support for plant close activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Perform cost accounting and month-end close activities accurately and timely while following the close schedule.
  • •Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • •Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication.
