Key Responsibilities

  • •Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain strong knowledge of HV, LV, and general EV systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures (the Three C's) and accurately document customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers to resolve issues and support positive client experiences.
  • •Demonstrate and teach learned technical skills/knowledge with others and support the mobile service team remotely as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.
  • •Knowledge of high-voltage (HV), low-voltage (LV), and electric vehicle powertrains.
  • •Customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 certification, plus a willingness to complete Lucid-provided CPR training post hire.
